CrestSystems branding, website content, and proprietary methodologies remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Installed systems delivered under engagement agreements are owned by the client as specified in that agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrestSystems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Service liability is governed by the applicable client agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to CrestSystems, Inc. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the governing agreement or applicable law.
